- dyspozytor (Polish)—dispatcher (of trains); setter (in mining); someone who manages or controls something.
- faktura (Polish)—1. invoice; 2. (Literature, music, visual arts), the technical structure, the construction of a literary or musical work; in the plastic arts: the way the surface of a work is shaped.
- gorzkie żale (Polish)—lenten psalms. (literally: bitter sorrows). HTML: gorzkie żale
- historiosofia (Polish)—when I am lazy I just write “historiosophy”. What it means is a philosophical outlook on history, where some deeper meaning is discerned in history, or where people think of History as some entity unto itself, rather than simply one d--- thing after another. This sort of thing is found in Augustine’s City of God, Joachim de Flores, Giambattista Vico, Hegel, Hoene-Wronski, Marx, Nietzsche. It is not to be confused with the history of philosophy, such as the work of Etienne Gilson and others.
